This is the perfect dish if you crave for something light, fresh and spicy.
Ingredients
FRESH FROM THE STORE
- 1 cup sashimi-grade Tuna
- 1 cup Cucumber| 1 cup Avocado
- 1 diced Anaheim Chili | 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves | 1/2 cup Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Jalapeño Chili
FROM YOUR PANTRY
- 5 tbsp Tamari Sauce | 1 tsp Serrano Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Mix lemon, ginger, tamari sauce, cilantro, serrano, jalapeño and Anaheim Chili. Add 1/2 cup of water and blend the ingredients.
Step 2
Place cucumber, avocado and tuna cubes on a large plate and mix.
Step 3
Spread lemon-tamari-chili sauce to cover the tuna-cucumber-avocado-mix. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
Step 4
Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with fresh tortilla chips. If you follow a paleo diet, this goes well also without tortilla chips.
